Description: The 2nd of 3 beers brewed with the Norwegian Voss Kveik yeast, this one was crafted a bit more in the spirit of the farmhouses the yeast is native to. Historically a "kitchen sink" style of beer, we started with Vienna malt, added spelt malt, red wheat and flaked oats and then topped all of that with European hops, juniper and aronia berries in the boil. Easy to drink, slightly tart and dry, and at just 4.2% ABV, you can "afjord" to drink a few!
