Description: 2015 GABF silver award winner. This Belgian style ale marked by a generous addition of caramelized candi sugar and a complex malt bill is a perfect fit for those chilly nights. It pours a rich deep mahogany with a light tan head. Its aroma is of malty sweetness, dried fruit and bright spiciness from our house Belgian yeast. The aroma is followed by flavors of more dark dried fruits (plums, raisins, cherries) and caramel, and also hints of grain from the Belgian caramel malt and aromatic malt.
