Description: Inspired by dynamics of three, Triumvirate is a Gin Barrel aged sour beer inspired by the Rookwood’s Gin & Tonics, a restaurant located in Cincinnati Ohio. We blend our lambic base with fresh limes, juniper berries and the Rookwood’s carefully hand crafted Tonic Water, then allow it to develop for one year in Smooth Ambler Gin Barrels, a craft distillery located in West Virginia. When these three elements come together, a complex, herbaceous aroma fills the nose while a hint of juniper and a lightly bitter, tart, bright note dances across your pallet.
