Description: Brewed in the summer of 2015 with a proprietary blend of native yeasts from our friends at SouthYeast Labs, Barrel Aged GOLF then spent 11 months in freshly dumped Biltmore Winery Pinot Noir barrels developing an unrepeatable, deep complexity. The extended aging led to notes of sweet tannins, a mild tartness, and a pleasant earthy spice. This beer is brewed, fermented, and aged in collaboration with South Yeast Labs and Carolina Bauernhaus Ales of Anderson, SC.
