Description: The Curtain is a Belgian style ale that is very light and refreshing. It has a slightly up front fruity aroma and taste that comes from the yeast, but finishes dry and crisp, and a slight spice character which is a product of the wheat. To the eye it appears very light and has a hazy complexion. It’s brewed with 45% Wheat and 55% malted barley, a variety of American hops, fresh orange peels (peeled by hand), coriander and juniper berries.
