Description: Classic Scotch Ale, malty smooth rich flavors of toffee, grains and a hint of smoke. To age this, we found some beautiful bourbon barrels freshly emptied from the distillery. During aging the ale will blend with the flavors from the oak barrel. When the flavors reach perfection, we captured into bottles and kegs. Look for subtle hints of classic barrel aged flavors such as sherry, vanilla, toffee and of course bourbon aromas. Enjoy, Matt
