Description: Our interpretation of a "Belgian-Style Dubbel" is reddish/brown, medium-bodied, malty and slightly spicy ale, fermented with a Belgian yeast strain which imparts some light banana aroma and a little spice in the finish. 50 pounds of Dark Belgian Candi Syrup adds some hints of molasses and chocolate. It is around 7.0% alcohol by volume. We think it is delicious and we think you will as well.
