Description: This Triple IPA marks two milestones: our 100th 15-barrel batch and our 4th birthday. The occasion called for something big & bold, so we packed this beer with Centennial hops, aged it in wet bourbon barrels for six months, and dry-hopped it with more Centennials. We'd like to think we're aging well at Rooftop, just like this Triple IPA!
