Description: Blend of 4 beers with 4 different Saccharomyces yeast strains plus bacteria from the souring of the wheat wine and in addition a secondary fermention of the Trompe le Monde and the Commoner in a wine barrel using Brettanomyces Lambicus. The Blend: 50% Sour Wheat Wine 19% Trompe le Monde- Wine barrel aged 19% Commoner- Wine barrel aged 12% Ferdl Weiss ABV 7.5%. Bottle conditioned. Decant slowly. Serve at 50F. Can be cellared below 60F. $10 each – 17 oz. bottles – limit 2 per customer Pours bright with a slight orange hue. Sourness, pineapple and graininess from the wheat wine, earthy and fruity flavors from the Brett., finishing slightly dry with a hint of oak from the barrel.
