Description: This brew is a collaboration between the Rubicon and the well known Southern California Brewery – Karl Strauss. In celebration of being two of the original breweries in California, we have joined forces to create a wheat-based IPA, featuring southern hemisphere hops, Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy being the heavy hitters. The blend of malt leads to a velvety mouthfeel and the tart melon and citrus characters from the hops make for the perfect pint. Here’s to many more years of shared success!
