Description: Bishop’s Barrel No. 25 is our Divine Reserve No. 17, a Baltic Porter, aged in Tawny Port barrels. After additional aging for eight months in freshly emptied Tawny Port barrels, the beer reached its pinnacle. The chocolate top notes softened and transformed into hints of dark cherries, figs, and sun dried raisins. The light acidity from the Port wine brings a new layer of complexity and liveliness that is unlike any beer we've made.
