Description: This very special beer was crafted especially for Billie´s craft beer fest 2023. The base of the beer is a big imperial stout, patiently aged for 18 months in Heaven Hill and Jim Bean bourbon barrels. Then infused with high-quality cacao nibs, raw coconut, and toasted coconut for added complexity. The end result is a rich and velvety imperial stout with complex and natural flavors of roasted malts, caramel, chocolate, oak, vanilla and of course coconut. This beer is not a pastry stout, and it was never meant to be one. Cheers!
