Description: This Cream Ale, is very flavourful. We used 6 row malt (higher protein and enzymes helps speed up conversion to fermentable sugars), honey (who doesn’t like honey?), flaked wheat and Vienna malt, which should provide a golden to orange color and a distinctive toast or biscuit malt aroma to the beer. For hops, we added Huell Melon (an exciting new hop variety) for bittering and Hallertau Mittlefru, considered to be the noblest of the traditional European noble hops varieties, which should provide some slightly spicy aroma and character. ABV 4.7.
