Description: We are proud to have brewed this Pale Ale in collaboration with firemen Matt and Kyle from the Professional Firefighters of Casa Grande. Who knew they put out fires and made great beer! It was brewed with a mild malt bill with just a touch of Vienna malt for a little color, character and body. The combination of Idaho 7 hops and aromatic Guatemalan coffee, added post dryhop, gives a rich, tropical dankness to the aroma. This golden Pale Ale is unfiltered lending a pleasant haziness to this delightful Autumn brew.
