Description: Following the positive reviews of our Japanese dry lager, Ginger Demon, we wanted to see what else we could brew to please our ginger lovin' friends! This time around we chose an American style base with a Belgian yeast. The smooth grain bill provided a light copper color and gave us the chance to play around with the ginger and yeast character. We added 3.5 lbs of fresh ginger to the end of the boil to give this beer a much appreciated ginger punch that pairs nicely with the peppery spiciness and banana and bubble gum esters from the yeast.
