Global Delights out of Eugene, Oregon supplied the organic fair-trade Dominican/Ethiopian espresso. We teamed up with Chef JJ’s Backyard of Broadripple to create a unique oak finish to the stout that aids the all-natural flavor of the Oregon cranberries
