Toasted chocolate oak staves seasoned with Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey were added during fermentation along with more chocolate and peanut butter. Pouring an opaque chocolate brown hue, we first get the peanut butter and roasty notes of cacao on the nose. The peanut butter cup pops in the flavor amid the tide of tart complexity on the palette- a trick to senses used to an otherwise sweet treat.
