Description: Barrel-Aged Ambiente 2022 is an Imperial Stout aged in Willett Family Estate 4 year and 5 year Rye Barrels for 13 to 44 months and StilL630 Rallypoint Rye Barrels for 29 months. This blend was slowly chosen after more than 2 days of pulling samples from our huge lot of Imperial Stouts resting in Rye Whiskey barrels. Once blended, we finished the base of this beer on Ghana Cocoa Nibs, Mexican Vanilla Beans, Freshly Ground Cinnamon and Ancho Chiles.
