Description: Our 4th release of Parfait is the first version of this beer in which 100% of the beer touched oak. Being a Parfait, it still showcases the blending of young and old and contains 55.5% of Barrel-Aged Stout (Vibes and S'more Vibes recipes aged in Rye and Bourbon barrels for 7 to 44 months) with 44.5% of Parfait being Vibes aged in Missouri Oak for 4 to 9 months. We then finished this blend on Hazelnuts, Hazelnut Coffee, Cocoa-dusted Coconut, Flaked Coconut, and Vanilla Beans. True to our nature, with this decadent list of additions, we still managed to find a balance in the adjuncts while still allowing the barrel and the oak to shine.
