Description: Brewed (with and for) Ben from Cronulla's The Blind Bear. Earthy Belgian yeast arrives first followed by a myriad of Christmas cake aromas including mixed peel, apricots, cherries, chocolate and spices. Candied sugar slow cooked by Brayden Rawlinson (from New Zealand's Nine Barnyard Owls who has been working at Blackhorse) allowed us to achieve 6.1% abv without overtaking the other flavours.
