Description: To celebrate our first three years of brewing we have gone back to our roots and taken influence for this beer from our very first release, Grisette. Being a farmhouse style of beer we figured it was only fitting to utilise single origin malts, sourced through Voyager Craft Malts, from local Riverina NSW growers. We have selected Australian Galaxy and French Barbe Rouge hops to compliment both the French saccharomyces and brettanomyces yeast strains. The result is a dry, refreshing ale, designed to be drunk fresh or cellared as the flavour profile will continue to develop in the bottle.
