Description: Coeur de Cuvée is a series of blends of some of our finest wine barrel-fermented and aged saisons. This fourth blend has been nicknamed "Juicy" by our brewers, because we experimented with a large charge of Citra hops for "juiciness" when combined with our native microflora. It aged for more than a year before blending.
