Description: A blend of Barrel-Aged Rye Barleywines - a heavy Maris Otter malt bill enhanced with 3 different rye malts and then heavily boiled until we hit gravity. After fermenting with a strong English yeast strain, we aged this beer in Willett Rye, Willett Family Estate Bourbon and California Ruby Port barrels for 28 months before picking the final blend. We bottled this beer in June and have let it rest until now before sharing with you.
