Description: Velvet is our collaboration brewed with our friends at Casey Brewing and Blending in Glenwood Springs Colorado. Troy joined us in St. Louis to brew this Saison that was fermented and aged with mixed cultures from both Missouri and Colorado. After maturing in French Oak wine barrels for 12 months, Velvet was finished on 1400 lbs of Colorado Apricots before being naturally conditioned.
