Description: We have learned a lot since 2012 after brewing our last small batch of Vintage 2014. This 100% spontaneous beer was inspired by the Lambic beers of Belgium with the signature acidity of our Side Project sours. Vintage 2018 was originally destined to be blended into Blended 2020, but exhibited such a soft, elegant character, I decided it deserved to stand alone and carry the Vintage name. This beer has features a refined maturity, through balance, funk and oak.
