Description: This beer, produced in collaboration with our friend winemaker Giulio Armani, matures for 12 months in oak barrels with our indigenous yeasts and bacteria. At the end of maturation, we add directly in barrels our Moscato Bianco grapes we grow on Berici Hills, together with grape skins. The maturation together with grapes and skins continues for further 5 months. Unfiltered, bottle conditioned. Beer in evolution.
