Description: The Tide & Vine Oyster Stout is a dry, Irish ale, lighter in body than most stouts. Local restaurant and collaborators, The Tide and Vine Oyster House freshly shuck 100 Malpeques oysters which are then added to the boil, shell and all. The shells, rich in calcium carbonate, give this beer a unique dry, crisp finish. The oysters also give this rich smooth beer a mild briny quality reminiscent of salted chocolate.
