Description: Blended This enormous, malt driven beast has been lying dormant in barrels for 4 months soaking in the flavours and aromas of the oak and bourbon that once matured in them. A blend of 3 barrels, each barrel telling a different story, combining to bring a depth of flavour that is rich and complex. Layers of raisin, date, marmalade and caramelised fig along with vanilla and oak meld with an already flavour filled beer full of caramel, toffee & chocolate, citrus & pine hops.
