Description: Sky High’s 2015 Bavarian Hefeweizen is brewed within the constraints of the 1516 era Bavarian Beer Law of Purity, Reinheitsgebot. This law allows only malt, yeast,hops & water as ingredients. We use 70% German Wheatmalt and 33% German Pils malt with authentic yeast from Weihenstephan. It attacks the nose with banana, bubble gum and a hint of clove.
