Description: Hops are such fascinating plants. Their flavors and aromas are so captivating. One mysterious thing about them is that when they are combined the sum of their parts can sometimes create new flavors. We hopped this one in the kettle with Mosaic, Nelson, Simcoe and Cascade. Then dry hopped it with Sorachi Ace, Amarillo and Centennial. The nose is filled with lime, pine, some lemon, and all against a backdrop of soft tropical fruit flavors. We were pleasantly surprised by all the wonderful and subtle aromas and flavors. There are so many it seems to change with every sip.
