Description: This beer was Ian, our faithful assistant brewer's idea. After talking about doing a white chocolate stout for some time, we put a little pressure on him to come up with a recipe. While we had some trouble coming up with the ingredients, I think we turned out a darn good white chocolate stout. It is named Hampshire, because that breed of pigs are black and white.
