Description: Seven Devils is our bold, rich, hefty Imperial Stout. It fills the head with thick roasted chocolate malt undertones lending to the characteristic sweetness of this style. It is rich with roasted flavors far surpassing normal stouts. We transferred this style from the fermenter and let it age in American Oak Jack Daniels barrels for one full year. This method leaves an essence of bourbon and vanilla on the nose with an ever-present earthy, woody richness. Barrel aging blends the characteristics of the beer with the attributes of high quality woods and the spirits aged within.
