Description: Reclaimed is a series of 100% Brettanomyces fermented IPAs brewed with our filtered aquifer well water, locally grown and malted grains, locally sourced wild yeast, and dry hopped with our favorite hop varietals. This dry, lightly acidic brew pours with effervescence and quickly develops a rocky head of white foam that exudes a wonderful depth of tropical and stone fruit forward brett aromas. We get notes of tart, juicy peach, tropical papaya, ripe pineapple, pitted sour cherries, barnyard hay, fresh tangerine, and zested lime.
