Description: Brewed with Milk Sugar | Conditioned on Guava, Mango, Papaya, & Vanilla Tropical Milkshake IPA is a beer that will take your taste buds on a journey to a hidden oasis, where the sweet essence of succulent mango groves and guava laden trees intermingles with the intoxicating scent of sun-ripened papayas and rich, creamy vanilla. This hazy, bright orange, imperial IPA was brewed with pale barley and wheat malts, fluffy oats, and a touch of milk sugar to give it a super soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Mega doses of a tropical fruit-forward hop blend were added to the whirlpool and again in the fermenter to lend their fruity aromas and flavors and juicy character as opposed to hop bitterness. Tropical Milkshake IPA was then conditioned on an abundance of pink guava, juicy mango, and tropical papaya post fermentation to complement the fruit-forward dry hop aromatics. We also added Madagascar vanilla to enhance the creamy “milkshake” character of this easy drinking, juicy brew.
