It is also characterized by the amount of wheat malt in the recipe. Our interpretation uses 60%. The yeast imparts very unique flavors and aromas. The flavors have been described as fruity, clove and nutmeg-like and the aromas are somewhat banana or bubble-gum. We believe you’re going to love the “lightness” in color and flavor.
