Description: Cascara Gose is our second collaboration with local coffee roaster - Barista Parlor; utilizing Los Lajones Cascara. Cascara is a coffee and tea hybrid drink made from the dried fruit of the coffee plant; though it doesn't actually taste at all like coffee. We blended this unique concoction with our Gose to create a lightly tart and lemony beer with notes of cherry, currants, rose hips, and tobacco. We are extremely excited to team up with the awesome folks at Barista Parlor to yet again bring you an uncommon pairing in the world of coffee and beer!
