This year’s birthday beer is a smooth, creamy, velvety combination of Golden Promise, Caramel Malt, Vienna, Chocolate Rye and Lactose Sugar. We hopped it heavily with Amarillo, Mosaic, and Chinook to add a subtle pine and fruit character behind all the malty goodness.
