Description: This beer style is typically named after the region it is brewed in and since we're on Bridge Street, we thought it was fitting. Before you yell at us, yes, we are aware that authentic Kolsch's are brewed in Germany, but why should they savor all the flavor?! We did our best to keep this beer as traditional as possible and fermented it with a yeast strain from Cologne. The body is made with Pils, Wheat, Vienna and Munich Malts and it is bittered/flavored with Hallertau and Tettnang. At 4.9% a.b.v. it is the perfect spring time beer.
