Description: A Bavarian Hefeweizen yeast strain and Huell Melon hops give this Hefeweizen it's good natured, but firm flavor. Following the German beer purity law, "Reinheitsgebot", the grain bill consists of 50% Wheat Malt and 50% Pilsen Malt. Strong flavors of clove compliment the bready, tart citrusy characteristics created by the yeast during the fermentation process. These beers were created in Southern Germany and made for summer consumption. At 4.5% a.b.v. it's incredibly refreshing on warm days!
