The lighter malt bill of this brew allows this special variety from Billy Goat to shine, consisting of an aroma and palate of white flowers, as well as notes of grapefruit and orange peel. Smooth oiliness spreads across the palate into a clean light bitterness exemplary fresh hop steeped beer.
