Description: This beer was brewed for the day Marty McFly went to the future, Oct 21, 2015. The idea behind the name came from our modern (Griff) take on a classic (Biff) belgian wit, which would traditionally be brewed with orange peel. Instead of orange peel we substituted the Mandarina Bavaria Hops during the whirlpool as well as dry hopping with 1 lb per BBL. The result is a big tangerine citrus aroma with hints of spice. Light notes of honey and spice flavors finish with a tangy hop but smooth yet crisp finish. For those of you not familiar with this saga, don't worry about it, the beer is worth the trip.
