Do not expect similarities or consistency between blends***** A blend of 14-month barrel aged crescent (our emmer refresher beer), 14-month barrel aged low-abv triticale beer (Berliner-weisse inspired), and a little triangular nature (our buckwheat country beer) of average maturity. The result is a super pale, spritzy and vivacious low-abv rendition of domain. Very clean and linear, this is so so delicate and moreish. Flavor/aroma descriptors of lychee, jelly candy, passion fruit, white grape, a clean lager-like breadiness, and Asian pear.
