This truly wild, semi-dry white ale is 5.2% ABV and was brewed strategically using brettanomyces yeast cultures to create an incredibly complex beer. Barrel aged for over 9 months in oak wine barrels, brewed with tart cherries, this beer boasts aromas of overripe cherries, tropical fruit, light funk, earthiness, sweet hay and juicy watermelon.
