Description: Collaboration with Rallypoint To say that it took over 12,000 years to brew this beer may smack of hyperbole but it is an accurate statement. The smoke flavor comes from Highland Park 18 which got its smoke flavor from peat that formed after the last ice age. Chipping a Four Roses barrel, soaking chips in the Highland Park 18 and maturating SweetWater’s Irish Stout with the soaked chips takes a great beer and makes it a wonderful Smoked Stout.
