Description: Kölsch, 11°Blg It might be a native beer style of Köln (Cologne), in Germany, but that has not prevented T.E.A.TIME from producing their own delicious version of this popular style. A major difference, as with all T.E.A. TIME beers is that the ale will be served as real ale, and retains more flavour, aroma and is less gassy. This ale is brewed with both wheat and barley malt, for a dry, refreshing, light-bodied yet hoppy beer. Bitterness is average at 30 IBU, but there is a fairly prominent hop flavour. As with regular Kolsch beers the ale has been allowed to mature for a smoother but distinct character with a subtle fruitiness.
