Description: Cocoa Vanilla Evasion is a 500 bottle small batch variant of our imperial Belgian stout aged on bourbon barrels. A blend of classic roasted malts, flavorful Belgian artisan malts and dark candi sugar create this rich and full bodied stout. This variant has more than twice the amount Indonesian vanilla beans and was aged with cocoa nibs providing additional lays of complexity and accenting the alcoholic effervescence. Conditioning in fresh Kentucky bourbon whiskey barrels contributes to the robust and complex finish. At 14.5% ABV, be sure to savor the experience.
