Description: This blend contains some special aged beer from a Temporal pilot batch! This portion has been aging in a couple of glass vessels with some experimental mixed cultures for so long, and it seemed fitting to use it in this blend. One was fermented entirely with dregs propagated from various Cantillon bottles, while the other got a megablend of bottle dregs propagated by @bootlegbiology all those years ago. One turned out quite tart, with big peach and stonefruity vibes. The other, low acidity but notes of old book, leather, and wet hay. The composition of the remaining portions of the blend is slightly different from Eternal Return, though the sources were the same. A higher percentage of barrel 31 brought balance...
