Description: When we brewed Darkness in 2019 we filled two oak barrels with it and hid away in the darkest corner of the brewery. Aged for 24 months in mead barrels we got from Sahtipaja that previously had Mead Me in them, and before that bourbon. The soft vanilla notes from the bourbon barrels combines beautifully with the berry notes from the mead. Thick, deep, berry forward up front, vanilla notes, sweetness and an amazing body.
