Description: Grafter Rosé is the first cider in our Grafter Series—ciders made from heirloom apples and vintage wine grapes. This release is predominately made with Rome Beauty apples, which pressed out a pale orange. We blended the finished cider with a small amount of red wine. The result is a beautifully rounded cider with notes of strawberries and cream, a hint of green apple, and a silky finish. Enjoy this ‘grafted’ cider on a summer afternoon.
