Description: We took our Retro '95 Pale Ale and added a huge dose of Cascade Hop Oil. This is not hop extract. It is distilled hop oil. The main difference being that distilled hop oil retains all of the flavor and aromatics of the hop where as hop extract is mainly used to contribute bitterness. We use it in the finishing process so none of the hop goodness is lost in the boil. The hop oil doesn't contribute any bitterness to the beer. It brings a fresh hop flavor with Cascade citrus dominating. This is a test batch and if you guys love it, we'll be making more! There's been an Oil Spill!
